Our basic offering is simple: we use evidence-based psychology techniques to help people improve their performance in the workplace. We train people in skills that have been proven to work, and we do it in a way which people will enjoy and remember.

• We have a flexible range of delivery options with programmes, from short lunchtime learning sessions to 2 day courses.
• Finally, we’re happy to work at risk – in other words for payment to be contingent on course feedback. It’s all about trust and value and we want to form long term partnerships.

An overview of our consultancy services:
• All consultancy is designed and delivered by occupational psychologists using evidence-based techniques.
• We generally work with existing client teams, focusing on skills transfer and ensuring a rigorous evidence base and adherence to best practice.
• We are pioneering behavioural science techniques to help people cope with change more effectively – meaning that your teams will benefit from learning new (and proven) skills which will increase resilience and improve focus on goals.
