Our services focus on enhancing employee engagement and as a consequence are designed to improve both employee wellbeing and productivity. Our clients to date include Directgov, Laing O'Rourke and Goldsmiths University. We offer a flexible range of psychology-based interventions. This includes developing employee surveys, data analysis, psychometric testing, developing and implementing employee engagement strategies.

In addition, we offer training courses aimed at enhancing communication skills, reducing stress and improving health and well-being in the workplace.

We also specialise in career development and outplacement programmes. Depending on need we offer one-to-one coaching, training workshops or organisational level intervention programmes.



Individuals
We work with individual clients who come to us for one-to-one sessions.  We provide a supportive and collaborative relationship focused on achieving results and establishing skills that enable independent long-term development.

We also provide services for private groups of individuals who share a particular need.  For example, career changers, people who have been made redundant and children.
