Private Clients

Please be on time for all appointments.

24 hours notice must be given for cancellations otherwise full payment will be necessary.
 

Payment is accepted by cash or cheque only.

Organisations

Before an assignment begins, following the initial briefing, a contract will be drawn up and agreed, clearly detailing the work to be undertaken, the personnel involved and the associated cost.

Travel expenses within the M25 are absorbed by Bloom Psychology. For longer journeys travel costs are reclaimed at cost.

No travel time is charged within the United Kingdom. For journeys overseas, travel time is charged at 50% of the agreed consultant rate, per consultant.

Any overnight accommodation and associated costs will be charged to the client at cost.

If Bloom Psychology is requested to provide a venue then the cost of the venue will be passed on to the client.

Bloom psychologists hold full professional liability insurance.
